Shire Hall
Shire Hall, Shrewsbury was built in 1966 to replace the previous building in the town square , which in 1971 was demolished and replaced by Crown House. Lord Hill's column stands at 133ft 6ins and is the tallest of its kind in the world. The modern brick sculpture is an intriguing shape - does anyone know its history? [1390]
